- Does something seem broken? Report a bug in GitHub after reading the guidelines please. Launchpad is being phased out.
- Ask a question on GitHub, in the official BleachBit forum, on Stack Overflow, or on Launchpad Answers.
- Post a screenshot.
- Watch the videos.
- Record a feature request.
To provide help, contribute.
Please use the above resources instead of directly emailing the author. Why? First, it gives other people the opportunity to help, so the author can devote more time to development over support. Second, once the issue is publicly discussed, other people with the same problem can benefit from the knowledge. Third, the GitHub issue tracker is the best way to organize issues, so they can get resolved instead of lost in a busy email inbox. Finally, when you post a message on the forum or in GitHub, the author will be emailed anyway.
